Wow - had to read that heading twice to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me.
“AUSTIN, Texas Texas can cut off funding to Planned Parenthood’s family planning programs for poor women, a state judge ruled Monday.”
Does this mean that Texas cannot cut off funding to Planned Parenthood’s family planning programs for rich women?
Finally, some good news. Glad my tax dollars won’t be helping to fund this monstrosity.
That’ll last about fifteen minutes .. which is about fourteen minutes & forty five seconds longer than that judge had for holding any reasonable expectation of upward judicial mobility.

True judge shopping goes on but I’m not sure if this is the same level or a step higher up the appelate ladder. That line was used in the article but didn’t specify which court.
They can go to another state or pay their own way.
