A woman in Encinitas bit and punched three men who were allegedly attempting to kidnap and rape her Monday afternoon, she told authorities with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
The San Diego County Sheriff's Department responded to the 700 block of Saxony Road in Encinitas when they were informed of the potential kidnapping.
The 18-year-old victim told deputies that three men who she did not know approached her in a truck near the YMCA on Saxony Road.
A thin, young man, possibly a juvenile, pulled the victim into the car with the two other suspects.
While in the vehicle, the suspects allegedly attempted to rape the victim, a spokesperson with the department said. At that point, the victim said she bit one suspect on the ear and punched one of the suspects in the face in order to get away. She ran to a residence nearby and someone called 911 for her.
She was not injured or taken to the hospital.
Authorities said the suspects were all wearing black sweatshirts, blue pants and hats.The driver was a heavy-set man about 30 to 40 years old. The other passenger was a thin man about 25 to 35 years old.
They were driving a black small compact pickup truck with orange fenders and an orange hood.
The Sheriff's Department is calling local hospitals to find out if any men matching the description have been treated for an ear injury.
The three suspects may face charges of kidnapping and attempted rape.
The perps description leaves a bit to be desired....
I’d like to think my granddottirs would do the same thing. I’m 99 44/100% sure one of them would.
That should be easy to find. She did good. Whatever it takes to get away and leave some marks.

I recently learned that 80% of all cat bites become seriously infected, and that human bites are even worse. Hopefully the rapist will get a nasty infection.

The BOLO is “2 humanoids, medium height, indeterminate age.”
Clothing descriptions but not physical descriptions. Leads one to believe and the statistical record also suggests that they were black or Spanish. Were thy Anglo white that tidbit would have been prominent in the item.
THREE men pull her into a mini pickup for rape? Must have been very small men or contortionists. Or maybe they threw her in the bed of the trick.

Which was it a small pickup or a car? If a small compact pickup, 3 people already in it, where the room for the 4th person and mischief?
