The Senate passed the bill 61-33 on December 28.

Very strange situation. The Speaker pulled the plug on the bill after Cantor voted down the Fiscal Cliff bill. OTOH Cantor is in touch with Christie to put the Sandy bill through. Christie skewers Boehner but praises Cantor?
