Police described him as black, 6-foot-1, lean and clean-shaven. In the video, he is dressed all in black and wearing a hoodie.

Really narrows it down. While driving through SF yesterday, I saw dozens of black punks in groups, all dressed in black and wearing hoodies. I mean, this is their dress code.

Here in the NYC metro area they’ll ask for help looking for a murder suspect, give a tip line number, then describe clothes vaguely but not ethnicity/skin color.
