The House Democrats (Diana DeGette, D-CO) are submitting a bill in the next few days to Congress to ban any magazine over 10 rounds in capacity. We must act now to stop this erosion of our 2nd Amendment rights!

The Dems are going to move on guns NOW! Not next week, Right Now! They're not going to let this chance get by. And, of course, Lindsey Graham has already indicated he will be right there ready to sign it with that stupid 'Jimmy Carter' smile of his.

I am “Pro-Choice” when it comes to the method of defending myself and family - regardless of calibre, capacity, or the use of agressive-looking hand-grips. I am “Pro-Life” in the protection of my life and home. The Second Amendment should not be aborted - not even a partial abortion. I would not own assault weapons, I would only own aggressively-defensive weapons.

At the same time, write your Republican COngresscritters and tell them to get that Damned Idiot Boehner out of the Speaker’s slot.

While he is there, Obama will have a cakewalk over ANY bill he pushes.

Boehner is the WORST surrender monkey in American history.

The way I’m getting this is that if you have a pistol that will accept a magazine with over 10 round capacity the pistol will have to be specially permitted. You won’t have to have the magazine.

DeGette is a House Dimwit. Boehner’s replacement better not bring this idiotic bill to the floor.

And Graham didn’t give any indication on NBC with David ‘DC 30 Rd Mag’ Gregory he was in favor of any ban. In fact, to his credit, Graham said he’s a proud owner of an AR-15.

Lindsey, who’s he, and what would a “signature” by him mean?

Last time the House passed such a bill, they all got the heave-Ho.

This time will be no different.

Now isn’t the time to hide your possessions. Unearthing them later is simply too late.

If they initiate a ban that needs resistance now, then it’s better to take the fight directly to them and immediately.

The question should be, are we ready to stand our ground over magazine capacity, or will we let them continue to slowly erode our Second Amendment rights.

The way I see it, more than enough people are happy to simply let them ban “high capacity magazines”, so it wouldn’t surprise me to see this go through Congress with little to no opposition.

OK, shall we try to make it closer to a “fair fight”? Any person using a banned magazine in a gun in order to further some other crime, automatically gets put to death? So maybe the robbers and muggers and gang bangers will get with the program too?

(HA! Let’s see the liberals do the double walk on that one)

so how does this work for the military and police?
What if banned magazines belong to a corporation that never dies and has hundreds of employees they let use them?
idiots

Grahamnesty is not in the House, but we also know the ban didnt work in DC. David Gregory is still walking the streets.

I get it but I get this sinking feeling that the surrender monkeys in the House will decide they have to do something and look like they "care" or else they'll be demonized even more by the MSM and the left.

Of course, we know that in any case they will be berated for what ever decision they make, and although doing nothing would be the correct thing (as far as "banning" anything goes), the track record from these cowards makes the outcome seem inevitable that a "ban" of "high capacity magazines" will pass.

What has happened is everyone was pounded with coordinated propaganda about the school shooting for 3 weeks straight.

Never mind during that same time, a huge number more people were variously dead from any number of things.

Already, people are starting to forget. That is why Obama is trying to get as much as possible as quickly as possible.

Forget it. No new laws.
