Yep and his depth of support in TX is amazing.

Remember, Romney won Texas 60/40 in November and our neighbors to the North in OK voted for Romney 70/30. This will never be Obozo country.

FUBO!

Could some of y'all move here to Colorado and help us balance out the Denver/Boulder/Ft. Collins people? Please?

Given how Republicans are, I bet Cruz is totally in favor of Obamacare within a week.

I bet he will hold his ground, thank goodness it's not Senator Dewhurst - for sure that would be another RINO working in the best interest of DC, not Texas!

Just for the information of non-Texans, this guy replaces the well known RINO Kay Bailey Hutchison. He also displaced her chosen favorite in the primaries.

“Given how Republicans are, I bet Cruz is totally in favor of Obamacare within a week.”

I can’t say I blame you for the comment. But just maybe, just maybe, Cruz will tell the leadership to ‘pluck’ off if you know what I mean.

So he doesn’t get any plum committee assignments, but votes straight conservative for 6 years. Not bad and believe it or not, that IS something to run on for re-election. I just wish more Republicans could figure that out.
