Link only. I love this guy. THis is the kind of message the party needs. He has the optimism and the 'can do' attitude that we need. I wish him well

It seems that we don’t... but Tim proves that we do... we do have Conservative Patriots in DC. The progressive bone-heads of boner and mcconnell keep them far way from power in the party but if we keep fighting... we win and they lose. Ghandi taught us that.

LOL! Look, conservatives are just not political activist. Conservatives do not view the gov't as their religion, that' s why the STUPID party has rinos in power. They understand this nuance about our current political power structure.
Until or unless conservatives CHANGE their perspective NOTHING is going to change for the better in the US gov't. In fact things will get "progressively" worse leading away from liberty into tyranny!
We need at least 60 more just like him in the Senate, and 300 like him in the house. . . . .
We have some Noble men and women in the Legislature, just not enough! Look, we the people have been pushing back for years now. Nothing is changing. We get further and further away from fixing this mess. I’m not a defeatist, just a realist. This DC machine is so corrupt, eventually good men like Scott get swallowed up. Can anyone say “Allen West”?
Too many stupid people, too many corrupt people surrounding us.

“Look, we the people have been pushing back for years now.”
Uh, no they haven’t. The conservative movement has been AWOL for 40 years, busy remodeling kitchens, going fishing and barbecuing burgers.
I was active in local government for nearly 20 years. Trying to get a conservative to show up at local village council meeting was like asking a vampire to attend a sunrise worship service.
Why do you think the public schools are filled with leftists? Conservative don’t attend schoolboard meetings.
Why are local property taxes sky-high? Conservative don’t show up at county board meetings.
I could go on but I’m tired of wasting my breath talking about how conservatives need to organize locally to gain political power. Conservatives will need to get their faces stomped by jackboots before they wake up.

Thank you for that. :-)
Well said. I’ve affiliated myself with 3 local Tea Party groups in my locality. While they have overarching principles for limited government and fiscally sound policies, they each have a local flavor concentrating on what’s important at the local level. For one, they focus a good portion on the school system. Another is focusing on the legislative process in our state. Still another is looking at the local courts and Agenda 21. It gives a broader perspective while maintaining the national focus. The newest group has far more younger people than the other two..and I view that as a huge positive. We need to reach those generations and I’m anxious to hear their ideas next week. I also attend more monthly meetings in my own borough..we have issues, here, too.
I must admit that working fulltime (and a single mom) has kept my participation limited. But I am about to become unemployed (not a bad thing for me, I’m prepared) I’m looking forward to a more active role in local issues.
The NAACP is the overseer of the Democrat/Progressive/Socialist plantation.
I am proud to say I’ve taken every opportunity to vote for Mr. Scott and I’m proud to have him represent me.
At first I’d hoped that he would come out swinging and address the plainly ridiculous remarks made by the NAACP at length. But in watching this video I can see that his approach, addressing the remarks and then moving on is a higher road than I would have traveled. He obviously isn’t going to let such things deter him from putting forth a positive message.

I hate the idea that one of the first stories out of the box on Senator Scott is this nonsense. Shame on Fox for leading with this “controversy”. The NAACP are a bunch of one-note lunatics who can be counted on, like Pavlov Dogs, to say that any black Republican doesn’t care about Civil Rights and isn’t really “black.” Why is that news? Fox should have asked Scott other questions and ignored the fools from the NAACP.
Conserve America Party File.
You are fortunate to have him as your represetative.
I first saw him on Neil Cavuto in 2010 and was very much impressed. I’ve sent $$ towards his campaigns from out of state.
It pains me too, that all the focus has been on race, or at least is the lead in on any of these interviews...but he deftly moves on to the real messages he’s getting out. I’m so encouraged when I hear him talk of talking his message to the depressed neighborhoods, starting with his own high school. Now THAT’s grass roots.
The ONLY other candidate that did that was Herman Cain, speaking to a crowd in Detroit, about a plan to creat opportunity zones. I miss Herman’s optimism and wish he could have stayed in. Tim has that same outlook, he just needs more like him. I wish him well.
