EPAís illegal human experiments could break Nuremberg Code
Washington Times ^ | Dec. 31, 2012 | Steve Milloy

The Obama Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) says no law empowers any judge to stop it from conducting illegal scientific experiments on seniors, children and the sick.

That astounding assertion will be tested Friday, when a federal district court in Alexandria decides whether it has jurisdiction to hear claims made by the American Tradition Institute that EPA researchers are exposing unwary and genetically susceptible senior citizens to air pollutants the agency says can cause a variety of serious cardiac and respiratory problems, including sudden death.

Although the lawsuit only addresses ongoing, purportedly illegal experimentation being carried out at an EPA laboratory on the Chapel Hill campus of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, EPA researchers and grantees have carried out dozens of similarly shocking experiments over the past 10 years at UNC and other schools, including Rutgers University, the University of Michigan, University of Rochester, University of Southern California and University of Washington.

During that time at those university laboratories, EPA-employed or -funded researchers have intentionally exposed a variety of people to concentrated levels of different air pollutants, including particulate matter (soot and dust), diesel exhaust, ozone and chlorine gas — the latter substance more recognized as a World War I-era chemical weapon than as an outdoor air pollutant.

Hmmm...

Maybe they will be exposing gun owning patriots and conservatives to Zyklon B gas not in “actual” concentration camp, but as “part” of an Involuntary EPA study.....

I mean they need to find out what the effects on people are....

I believe that I have gotten several letters like thatand saw advertisements to that effect: They begin with:If you have had________ you may be qualified to particpate in an experiment conducted at ______ You will be compensated for your time. I always throw them away.

You should have given them to the neighbor that has the Obama sign in their yard....

[ Apparently we are all being exposed to brain damaging mercury and cancer causing ultra violet radiation through the forced use of CFL light bulbs.

They are libtards, they will get a pass, the press throws petals at the feet of Obama’s administration, you see, the press has realized that if the majority of media don’t report a story, and only a few outlets, it never, ever happened, welcome to totalitarianism, isn’t it great? Now,who’s on the cocktail party list: Chrissy Matthews, all of CNN, Matt Lauer, Boehner, McConnel, oh, I see, and all of Comcast Universial NBC too.

Yup, and all the aluminum, barium, strontium, and various upper-respiratory viruses and flus they give us every day, thanks to the incessant geoengineering overhead. And, Bill Gates wants to do more of it. Soft kill as many as possible for their nirvana of 500,000 elites (aka Satanists).

My Grandmother died of thyroid cancer. She was in an area where they tested radioactive fallout on civilians (without consent).

They want to better understand cause and effect of various foods and environmental materials not to purposefully kill people but to levy fines and taxes. They need an endless stream of money to fund their crap. With universal health care and a nanny state they will fine & tax everything from big mac’s to power plants

Perhaps this is the real reason Lisa Jackson tendered her resignation.

prairiebreeze, it doesn't matter if those research subjects gave their consent and were paid.

“I’m rethinking the idea that conspiracy people are nuts...”

“Old adages” get old because they happen to be true; for example, this one: “where there’s smoke...there’s fire”.

I think that we should get on the UN to investigate this - turn evil against evil, stand back, and eat popcorn.

I did not think of that. I do not have any neighbors that had an obama sign in their yard. About a mile and half to the east there was one, but I don’t consider them a neighbor.

They stuck a clear pipe into the subjects mouths and ran diesel fumes into their lungs. This is sick. Whats just as bad is some of the comments are trying to say its ok if the research outcome benefits society. Must be the EPA/clean air act emplouees responding.

Heres the lawsuit:
