Connecticut lawmaker wants names of gun owners to be made public
Fox News ^ | January 04, 2013 | Barnini Chakraborty

Lawmakers in Connecticut – still stunned from the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting – are moving forward with legislation that could make public the names and addresses of 170,000 handgun permit holders in the state.

The measure, introduced by state Rep. Stephen Dargan, is the latest effort to clamp down on guns in Connecticut. If passed, the bill would reverse a 20-year decision by state lawmakers to keep the personal information confidential. The legislation would make the information fair game under the state’s Freedom of Information Act.

Dargan told FoxNews.com on Friday the measure was not intended to pit gun control activists and pro-gun groups against each other. Instead, it’s “to get a broader discussion going on gun issues and mental health in the state.”

Critics say being able to obtain the names and addresses of gun permit holders is an invasion of privacy, but others argue that people in the community have the right to know who owns a gun and who does not.

In December, an upstate New York newspaper came under fire for publishing the names and addresses of gun owners in Westchester and Rockland counties. The story inspired heated reactions among readers and gun groups, who traded jabs by posting personal information about the newspaper’s employees online.

The actions highlight a growing backlash against gun owners after a string of shooting in the last five years, which includes the massacres at Virginia Tech and at a Colorado movie theatre.

Since the Newtown, Conn., shooting last month, gun owners across the country say they have been vilified and ostracized. Many argue lawmakers are using what happened in Newtown to advance their own political agenda, but Dargan says it’s not true.

“Obviously, something needs to be done,” he said. .”

This is the reason why registration is entirely WRONG.

Gun ownership is supposed to anonymous.

Question #1 to all gun ban folks.

How would these have prevented Newton?

They wouldn´t.

Adam Lanza was barred by gun laws from owning. He got them anyway.

Lawmakers in Berlin -still shocked by the burning of the Reichstag- are determined to move forward with legislation that could make public the names and addresses of 170,000 Jews living in the capitol city of Berlin.

The measure, introduced by state Rep. Herr Stephen Dargan, is the latest effort to clamp down on Jewish treachery in the Reich. If passed, the bill would reverse a 20-year decision by state lawmakers to keep the personal information confidential. The legislation would make the information fair game under the state’s Freedom of Information Act.

Herr Dargan told FoxNews.com on Friday the measure was not intended to loyal nazi activists and Synagogues against each other. Instead, it’s “to get a broader discussion going on Jewish loyalty issues and mental health in the state.”

Critics say being able to obtain the names and addresses of Jews is an invasion of privacy, but others argue that people in the community have the right to know when a neighborhood is infested with dangerous disease carrying rats, and which areas are safe.

In December, a Bavarian newspaper came under fire for publishing the names and addresses of Jews in the Dachau community area north or Munich. It was feared they may intergere with homeland security operations in that particular area. The story inspired heated reactions among readers and Jews, who traded jabs by posting personal information about the newspaper’s employees online.

The actions highlight a growing backlash against Jews owners after a string of incidents highlighting their greed and disloyalty in the last five years.

Since the Reichstag fire last month, Jews across the country say they have been vilified and ostracized. Many argue lawmakers are using what happened in Berlin to advance their own political agenda, but Herr Dargan says it’s not true.

How about publishing names & addresses of those who had an abortion to better understand the issues women have to face.

Cleaned up a few typos in my hasty re-edit. Sorry guys, haste makes waste.

Critics say being able to obtain the names and addresses of Jews is an invasion of privacy, but others argue that people in the community have the right to know when a neighborhood is infested with dangerous disease carrying rats, and which areas are safe, so why shouldn't they be allowed to know about other threats such as Jews?

In December, a Bavarian newspaper came under fire for publishing the names and addresses of Jews living in the Dachau community area, slightly north of Munich. It was feared they may interfere with a unique reich homeland security operation in that particular area. The story inspired heated reactions among readers and Jews, who traded jabs by posting personal information about the newspaper’s employees online.

The actions highlight a growing backlash against Jews after a string of incidents highlighting their greed and disloyalty in the last five years.

THAT is absolute bullish-t!!

These bastards are begging for a damn civil war.

I don’t live in Connecticut, but if I did, and harm came to my loved ones because of this nonsense.... well.... I would show no quarter.

For crying out loud, it feels like our country has been invaded.

I'd also like to see how many people are collecting disability because they carry the HIV virus. I'm pretty sure public supported County Heath Departments have the information.

How many liberal papers will bite?

Good Japanese samurai movie to see, it is call the Sword of Desperation. It is about a samurai used in a political intrigue and in the end betrayed. When surrounded by household samurai he served with and ordered killed by an official serving his lord, the battle was well performed. If a newspaper published my name and address, and it resulted in a home invasion to steal guns and the death or injury of my love ones, the newspaper will taste what the sword of desperation is going to be like. No mercy to staff and management. Even the pregnant staffers and temporary workers will not be spared.

There needs to be a serious investigation made on Litchfield massacre. Nothing made/makes sense except the result: GUN CONTROL FRENZY. Holder/Obama’s FAST & FURIOUS failed but they had not given up on demonizing ballastic weapons, our tools for self-defense .

Your picture is so appropriate to the dire situation we now face.

I just rewatched "The Pianist" tonight. As I was watching it one thought kept running through my mind... IF the Jews and Polls had had GUNS they could have DEFENDED THEMSELVES and not been led like sheep to the slaughter. Instead, they would have had a FIGHTING CHANCE to DEFEND THEIR LIVES AGAINST EVIL FORCES AND PEOPLE IN GOVERNMENTAL POWER WHO SLOWLY BUT SURELY USED THAT POWER TO TAKE AWAY ALL OF THE JEWS RIGHTS ONE AT A TIME BY PASSING "LAWS" THAT TURNED THEM INTO SOCIAL OUTCASTS AND PARIAH CRIMINALS IN THE MINDS OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY MEN WITHOUT ANY CAUSE OR JUSTIFICATION. THESE SAME COUNTRYMEN AS A DIRECT RESULT OF GOVERNMENTAL PROPAGANDA BECAME THEIR ENEMIES AND WILLINGLY WORKED HAND IN GLOVE WITH THE Nazi "AUTHORITIES" IN ROUNDING THEM UP AND KILLING THEM.

YES, I am YELLING because the parallels regarding what is taking place right now throughout America as a direct result of Obama going to Connecticut, bathing in the blood of those murdered children and now, wearing it as a mantel of "righteous justification" for heading up a crusade to take guns away from LAW ABIDING AMERICAN CITIZENS under the guize of doing it "for the children" and to "protect Americans from ever having to have this happen again" with the help and full court press of the MSM and the liberal Democrats and "progressives".

Obama and his PEOPLE IN GOVERNMENTAL POWER ARE IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THE SAME THING TO US HERE IN AMERICA BY SLOWLY BUT SURELY EXPLOITING THIS TRAGEDY AND USING IT AS AN EXCUSE TO EXERT THEIR POWER TO TAKE AWAY ALL OF THE RIGHTS OF LAW ABIDING AMERICAN GUN OWNERS RIGHTS ONE AT A TIME BY PASSING "LAWS" THAT WILL TURN THEM INTO SOCIAL OUTCASTS AND PARIAH CRIMINALS IN THE MINDS OF THEIR FELLOW AMERICANS WITHOUT ANY CAUSE OR JUSTIFICATION. THESE SAME COUNTRYMEN AS A DIRECT RESULT OF GOVERNMENTAL PROPAGANDA WILL BECAME THEIR ENEMIES AND WILLINGLY WORK HAND IN GLOVE WITH THE "AUTHORITIES" IN ROUNDING THEM UP, OSTRACIZING AND SEGREGATING THEM FROM THE GENERAL POPULATION AND (if they get their ultimate wishes fulfilled) KILLING THEM.

Obama and his MSM allies are actively working to successfully accomplish these goals by "STEREO TYPING" American "GUN OWNERS" AS IGNORANT, UNSOPHISTICATED, UNEDUCATED "ANGRY WHITE HICKS" WHO MISGUIDEDLY CLING TO THEIR GUNS, RELIGION AND ANTIQUATED VIEWS of American "patriotism". AS SUCH THEY ARE BEING PRESENTED AS HIGHLY SUSPECT... POSSIBLE THREATS, "ENEMIES OF THE STATE" AND POTENTIAL "TERRORISTS" (what other reason would they have to need "evil guns," especially when Obama's "caring government" is there to protect them. This is ultimate motivation behind the call to PUBLISH THE NAMES, ADDRESSES AND CONTACT INFORMATION FOR LAW ABIDING American CITIZENS WHO OWN GUNS. THIS IS THE REASON WHY ILLINOIS WANTS TO PASS LEGISLATION OUTLAWING "ALL MODERN WEAPONS"... Obama, his evil minions within and without government want to disarm you so that you cannot PROTECT yourself, your family, your property from THEM, THEIR "PEEPS" and the plans they have for your life and future.

Today, in America, white, men and women, older adults, evangelical Christians and conservatives of all colors are the new Jew. If you want to see what is in store for these American citizen "undesireables"... just watch "The Pianist", replace the Jews in the story with the above group of American citizens and you will see what lies in store for Americans once they have been disarmed by their "loving", "caring", governmental "OBAMA OVERLORDS". All of this is happening before our very eyes. The above goals were the catalyst for their failed "Fast and Furious" ploy. The tragedy that unfolded is CT is a thousand times more effective in their accomplishing their goal of using every trick in their political arsanal to "legally" disarm Law Abiding Americans in order to put them in the position where they can no longer protect themselves from everyone and everything... even THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT AND AS A RESULT ARE THEN AT THEIR "MERCY" TO BE TREATED AND MISTREATED IN ANY AND EVERY WAY THEIR GOVERNMENT DEEMS " NECESSARY".

If you don't believe this scenario all you have to do is answer one question: Why didn't Obama go to Fort Hood TX, bath in the blood of those 30 murdered American military personnel and 30 wounded Americans who were killed and maimed by a MUSLIM TERRORIST who was killing them in the name of "Allah" and why isn't Obama now, wearing it as a mantel of "righteous justification" for heading up a crusade against "militant Islam", Muslims and Islamic countries that are in order to do everything in his power to protect American citizens doing it "for the children" and to "protect Americans from ever having to have this happen again" with the help and full court press of the MSM?

Answer: Because it does not fit HIS ABOVE ULTIMATE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES TO DEMONIZE AND DISARM YOU SO THAT YOU ARE AT HIS AND HIS PEEPS "mercy".

"The Pianist" = lessons from history, watch, what happened to the Jews learn and act because in Obama and the liberals eyes we are the "New Jews", unless you want to one day find yourself pulled out of a line at the will of their master, told to lie down on the ground to await your turn to be shot in the head. It is coming, ...If they get their way ...Tagline.
