Mandeville, LA Its a veteran organization focusing on outdoor sports, the Blue Book of gun values, one-stop shopping at Brownells, and more, this week on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk® Radio, the original nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports.
Veteran organization Warfighter Sports offers sports rehabilitation programs in military hospitals and communities across the U.S.. Warfighter Sports is a program of Disabled Sports USA, which was founded in 1967 to provide the opportunity for individuals with disabilities to develop independence, confidence and fitness through participation in sports. Want to know how much your gun is worth? Steve Fjestad, of Blue Book of Gun Values, can help. Fjestad compiles an annual list of values to publish in both book form and online. More info is available at http://bluebookofgunvalues.com/. Fjestad will also discuss the recent buying frenzy, and how that affects the value of firearms now, and in the future. He has a Q&A on the website: http://bluebookofgunvalues.com/Blogs/SP_Fjestads_Lethal_Blogging.aspx?blog=2&article=229.
Did you get a new gun for Christmas and need some ammunition and accessories for it? Brownells has what you want! From boxes of ammo and range bags, to holsters and training DVDs, you can find it at http://www.brownells.com. Pete Brownell visits this Sunday with info on the latest and greatest from firearm and ammo companies, and more.
POW!!!
POW!
Howdy!
Thanks for filling in while I was in the snowy parts of the world.
FReepmail to get On/Off the Gun Talk Pinglist
Did you get to meetup with TOL?
I did not.
Family got in the way.
POP-BAM-BOOM!
Sweet!
Good to see that Tom is getting the word out.
By the time I see your weekly thread, it's too late to listen in to Gun Talk live and possibly call in with a question or comment.
Howdy!
Ooooh! Aaaaah!
She’s a looker!
I wanted the 20” fluted barrel, but this 16” will do nicely.
Needs a few more applications of boiled linseed oil.
Hi there!
Its a nice hunting rifle. I just shoved an AK 74 mag in there for looks.
Hey my, have a good trip?
Anyone interested in volunteering for the National Matches at Camp Perry Ohio this summer?
http://competitions.nra.org/nra-volunteers.aspx
I did.
I haven’t seen so much snow in 30 years.
Broke out ye old flexible flyer sled and hit the hills.
I even got Mom to go. LOL
Santa was very good to you!
If you do go, I can tell you the Bass, Walleye and Perch fishing there at Port Clinton are spectacular, and Cedar point is right there.
Roller Coaster Heaven.
Got me a FiveseveN on Gunbroker, don’t ask how much it;s bloody crazy. They’ve gone up $600+++ since Sandy Hook. Pick it up Tuesday plus waiting period. Hopefully I’ll miss the gun-grabber executive order.
16” fits very nicely. What kind of glass is that w/ flex eyepiece? Nice touch.
Nice!!
All I can afford to shoot is the CZ52 LOL
Thats a 4x POSP off of a Romak 3.
Its not enough magnification for the 7.62x54, I really could use 6X on that, but it should work well with the 5.45x39.
Not sure about how the bullet drop compensation will work with the lighter bullet.
Hey frog, that’s an awesome graphic. Mind if I borry it for the FReepathon thread?
Hi-Point? Caliber?
Sweet! Made in Ohio!
Those work great.
The red dot will make ya smile and it’s cheap to shoot.
9mm right?
I have never been to Camp Perry. I am very familiar with the area though.

Very nice package!
BwaaHaaHaa!!!
LOL!
BTW Hon, I am macking on some MS deer products thanks to some of yer buds.
Yommy
What is that?
The picture was actually linked to a true story. The old lady held the intruder for the police in the “come to Jesus” moment. God bless her!
Oh WOW!
Good on you!
Wish I lived close by!
Did you get a red dot for your Ruger yet?
Truglo makes a small 20mm now. Saw one at the store and it looked pretty solid.

I believe it LOL
I must say, them fellers over there in MS know how to process a deer.
9mm so I can share ammo with a couple of our pistols.
They are in short supply. This one was only slightly used. Picked it up for only $245. It came with a red dot but I took it off and put mine on because my model was a little better. Added the front grip, tac light, and Hogue hand grip. With two spare mags and a tactical rifle case, I don't have as much in the accessories as I paid for the gun but I'm embarrassingly close.
So far I've only had it to the indoor range. The darn thing is so accurate it's almost boring to shoot. :)
I never really thought much about Hi Point pistols because they are so heavy. But, I came across a lot of shooting magazine reviews on the Hi Point carbines and they have a very good reputation and following.
Comes with a lifetime warranty no matter how many people have owned it. The only thing that didn't come in the box was the sling mounts and sling. I called Hi Point to purchase them but was told they are not available for sale because they are considered a warrantable item. They are shipping them to me free!
I really like this little guy. It's a hoot to shoot. It's my poor man's scary black gun.
You’ll love it.
I wish I had bought one when they were like $145
I am not a very good housekeeper LOL
