I need to make sure my Ruger is loaded with .357's and not the .38's I use for plinking.
A couple of head shots will finish the job, even with a .22.
Uncalled for on my part.
FR and Freepers deserve better than that!
Any news on whether or not the creep survived....last I heard was they’d perform surgery... Haven’t heard or seen a thing about him dying YET!!!!!
In the market for a Windham Weaponry MPC AR-15...but don't think it is gonna happen quickly.
“She did what she was supposed to do as a responsible, prepared gun owner...”
I would have said “as a responsible, prepared mom.”
Regardless - WAY TO GO MOM!!
Remington 870 with a tactical stock. Even an 11 year old girl can shoot it, and the perp will not be having a nice day.
That’s why I carry a Bulldog. It’s a little bigger that a Chief’s Special but delivers much more energy in a 200 gr. .44 Special round.
My better half did some research on this-—it happened not far from us.
The Negro “perp” had been to other homes beforehand, attempting through fraudulent ways to gain access to the homes. 1 time, pretending to “sell” some cleaning services to the homeowner, another time, “acting” as if he needed info on a local coach he needed to find to talk to. He was summarily turned away by suspicious homeowners. This explains why he rang the doorbell incessantly at the home where he eventually broke into and got shot.
KUDOS to that wonderful woman who used a gun to protect her children and herself.
She was no sitting duck.
(and, FU Diane Feinstein, you useless old sea-hag. Run...before someone drops a house on YOU!)
Okay. I removed your name from my enemies list, for use someday before I go so as to make my arms useful.
Been on this list for a while, so my skin is thicker than most. All I'd like to see is trying to stick to facts, and when unknown not to attack based on one rumor. Attack the rumors, not the person mentioning them.
I've had others attacking me appear to be foolish when facts come out. All I'm saying, is that some women are comfortable with a small handgun, and that's okay - she did well. My wife has no problem handling a .357 and larger, and she is tiny. She realizes our .22 handguns are useless for protection, but the .38 is a better alternative. Now I have multiple arms, but I know next to nothing compared to most people on this list, I freely admit it. But I keep my emotions in check. Cheers!
