“Twenty minutes after 911 call and no police response is unacceptable if we are to be disarmed.”

I have only called the police once in what I felt was a life and death situation:

54 minutes response time.

Fortunately I was very heavily armed and no shots were fired.

Where was this 54 minute response time? I’ve experienced a 20 minute wait in a prominent Maryland suburb.

Where I worked at a power plant job we had a trespass incident one holiday. I called the police at 10:00AM.
They showed up at 2:00 PM.

The ONLY Sheriff’s deputy on duty that day was clear across the county.
