Nanny State PING!
Nanny State PING!
We are being destroyed by those who live as it were in self-absorbed bubbles, where the focus is only on that which draws their attention at any moment in time. Throw into that mess, an Academic/Media Complex, fully indoctrinated in Fabian Socialist fantasies, and the symptoms of the malady explode exponentially.
We either find a remedy now, or we are going to relive some of history's most terrible moments.

I have pondered this with much disgust and judgement.
Now I understand completely, and my disgust has turned inward....And the tyranny is just getting started.
Their intent is to make us all criminals.

Yes. The USA is already fascist. It happened a little at a time, just the way the left planned it.
And half the Americans have their head up their a$$ and don’t notice or care.
Leftwing Chickens Coming Home.
Obama has regularly employed techniques, either parallel to, if not actually drawn from, Hitler's "playbook."
No demagogue, of course, ever announced that his purpose was a Totalitarian Society. The "unity"--in reality uniformity--being proposed, was supposed to magically enhance "freedom," "opportunity" &, of course, "hope" & "change."
The game is as old as human history; unfortunately, as effective today as in the days of Genesis.

We now have 24 hour a day news channels that do nothing but cover the criminals running government, as they run from network to network having their hair done, going into makeup and doing interviews, as they tell all what a great job they're doing.
As the American way of life and our freedoms are incrementally looted and gang raped by the government ruling class, who spend lifetimes moving from position to position within government.

Actually, this is economically illiterate.
It would only be accurate if employer A had to pay for insurance and Employer B did not, giving him an economic advantage that allows him to underprice A.
Or if Wendy's had to insure its employees while Burger King did not.
In actual fact, both will have to pay insurance and be forced to raise their prices. Since both raise prices, there is no economic advantage to either.
Higher prices may possibly mean slightly fewer people will eat hamburgers, but in general the clientele will just wind up paying more for their fast food so the employees will have health insurance.
Everything else being equal, there will be minimal impact on individual business owners. Impact on total economy is quite another matter.
Being?
HAAA!
This definitely ain’t the same country I was birthed in.. that country no longer exists. It was upgraded to a Pr0gre$$ive Collective 2.0 machine and folks didn’t even notice.
"Freedom" and "unity" are, of course, antithetical concepts.
Which doesn't stop Hollywood from using the immense market power of its celebrity nitwits to push fascism. :)
What we are witnessing are the consequences of good men who ceased to be good men due to inaction during the 60's.
Thank you for posting this.
Read “In the Garden of Beasts.” Excellent view of the pre-war rise to power of a monster and the boiling frog effect that has been happening to us.
"In Eugene, Oregon, the Daily found, transit officials requested microphones that would be capable of distilling clear conversations from the background noise of other voices, wind, traffic, windshields wipers and engines and also wanted at least five audio channels spread across each bus that would be paired with one or more camera images and recorded synchronously with the video for simultaneous playback.
I live in a rural area, and have not been on an urban transit bus for many years. But knowing this, I know what I'll be doing the next time. I'll be reading my Bible aloud, and having discussions with others on the bus about the Lord Jesus Christ and knowing Him, and them some prophetic subjects. After that, maybe reading the Bill of Rights aloud would be a good idea.
We need to stop being "politically correct," and calmly explain how their stupidity is not only destroying the freedom of decent people. It actually destroys any real hope for improving the lot of even those the Left pretends to be trying to help!
We need to stop talking about "unintended consequences," and recognize stupidity, wherever we encounter it.
[The pin-up is cute. The picture reminds us that sometimes we need to be polite, even when we confront egregious silliness. The Lass has better uses to put her natural equipment to than advertising her Jacobin corruption.]
