SIERRA VISTA A man in custody on a criminal damage charge was also charged in connection with various instances of graffiti, after he was captured on surveillance footage and later found to have matching paint on his hands.
Christopher Richardson, 36, was charged with attempted burglary and five counts of criminal damage after police said he attempted to gain entry to the UPS store on Fry Boulevard after it was closed, and then sprayed graffiti on a number of businesses in the same shopping area.
On Jan. 4, after reviewing surveillance footage from the night before at the UPS Store and later at the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel on Wilcox Drive, police recognized Richardson as the subject in the video attempting to enter the store and causing the graffiti, according to a probable cause statement submitted with his arrest.
In an interview with police after being taken into custody, Richardson admitted that he did paint red at different locations that previous night. The interviewer also noticed what looked like red paint on his hands.
A total of 31 different instances of graffiti were found in the area, all of which used the same deep red color and similar painting strokes, leading police to believe they were all related.
Thirty-six years old and still tagging buildings? When did men stop growing up?
...in fact, the only adult responsibility the Left encourages is the vote and like cynical miscreants laughing their butts off as they get a six year old drunk, they love to watch a low information voter attempt adult situations they control.
Maybe it goes back to Jack Kerouac and Ken Kesey. Speaking of them, I saw a Subaru with a “Save City Lights Bookstore” sticker. Wow! Just what we need, another refugee (in this case it’s a place not a person) from the Sixties. When I was last in San Francisco, I visited that dump - they really need to tear it down.
The Electric Chair is too good for him!
There is an irritating public service announcement that uses a graffiti “artist” who spray paints a mural on the side of a building. The message is doing that takes “determination” and so does going to college. Unless the painter has permission from the building’s owner I would rather see him go to jail.
I always comment on all the empty cans he has laying around at the end. Where did this bum get the money to buy all of them?
Part of his sentence should be that he must scrub off all his graffiti - and maybe some others - with a toothbrush, a replacement often supplied as it wears down.

His mere presence made the graffiti appear! Did it at least look like Jesus or the Virgin Mary?
Throw the book at him.
I HATE graffiti.
Like an old man said many years ago: "Any man that won't work, STEALS!"
I hate it too, especially on the beautiful historic buildings in Europe.
