A son of the late Robert F. Kennedy, who was acquitted of criminal charges in a maternity ward scuffle, is suing two nurses who publicly said that he kicked them in the crotch during the assault.
Douglas Kennedy is alleging defamation and malicious prosecution by nurses Cari Luciano and Anna Lane. He said their statements to police and on NBC's Today show held him up to 'ridicule and scorn' and led to his prosecution.
The lawsuit, filed on Friday in White Plains, New York stems from Kennedy's attempt a year ago to take his newborn son from Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco. He said he wanted the two-day-old boy, Anthony Boru Kennedy, to get some fresh air.

Hospital rules are for everybody else ... and not a Kennedy royal ... and therefore those evil, wicked nurses deserve to be stomped on!
Douglas is the 10th of 11 in Booby and Ethyl Kennedy's brood
A Kennedy held up to ridicule? Every time one of them speaks is proof positive that they are worthy of scorn and derision.
Punk, coward. Gimme 60secs in a locked 8’x10’ room with him; problem solved.
Doesn’t he also occasionally do stories for Fox News? He has a very pedantic and fake cadence to his speech.
Another judge going for a free vacation in Aruba via the Kennedy trust fund. Probably will stay at the home of the judge who exonerated Teddy for manslaughter. Somebody nuke that friggin’ bunch.
he wanted the two-day-old boy, Anthony Boru Kennedy, to get some fresh air.His wife could have given birth in the park.

Anytime ANY Kennedy gets kicked in the crotch it’s justice served.
In most states assaulting a health care worker is a felony.
So here we have this rich a-hole who kicked these nurse suing them for telling the truth. They have to find a lawyer they cannot afford to pay to protect themselves from this frivolous lawsuit, ans this guy crying about how they embarrassed him is embarrassing himself even more by attacking these hard working ladies.
The Kennedy’s, not one of them worth a pint of sour owl pee.
Yeah, and he talks funny too..... ;-)
Yes, I agree.
Those whacky Kennedashians, always chasing publicity.
It's bad enough that their neighbors have to deal with them, but they have forced themselves on the rest of us, political Typhoid Marys spreading their disease.
How many more generations to go before we've gotten through their sins of the fathers curse?
“... Kennedy gets kicked in the crotch..”
I agree but it sounds like he did the kicking in the crotch on the two nurses.
Just when you think the Kennedy family can’t get lower - they do.
I’m hoping they get the other brother for the alleged suicide of his wife Mary. Her family has private investigators looking into where the rope was purchased and his whereabouts the days before her alleged suicide.

“I agree but it sounds like he did the kicking in the crotch on the two nurses.”
...now THAT’S funny! I misread and assumed (or it was wishful thinking) he got kicked because that made complete sense to me.

Was he charged with assault??? If not then why not [other than the fact that he is of royal Kennedy blood]???
None of us really know what happened here, of course this situation was probably just a member of royalty throwing a tantrum but, I nearly did the same thing.
I think far too many dont understand how things have changed in the last few years.
There were no incidents in the hospitals with our first two children. Some years later the third healthy child was under constant threat of vaccinations, tests and procedures not authorized by our pediatrician or ourselves. We wound up having to keep her in our room just to protect her from the hospital staff. Then we learned that the patient id band on our child was actually a security bracelet, installed "for our safety and to protect the baby from kidnapping", and there was an automated security system that sealed that wing into a series of locked chambers if we tried to leave the hospital unless we first filled out the infants Socialist Slavery paperwork!
