On multiple fronts.

For instance I think now is a great time for a couple more GOP held states to move on RTW legislation.

Force the democrats to divide their forces.

The real fight will come with the debt ceiling increase. Republicans can basically get anything they want if they play their cards right. But of course it will require backbone. So far, McConnell sounds like he has more of it than Boehner does, which is unfortunate. This fight can only be won in the House.

When an RPG is required, count on the Republicans to bring out their flakey feather duster.

OK, it's WWII and the GOP counterattacks...with “Brewster Buffalo Boehner” and “BAR McConnell” against Democrat Zeroes and MG 42s.

Talk about taking a rubber chicken to a gun fight...

RE :”Obama and his minions are serious about defeating us, so we need to be serious about defeating them. Let’s banish cheesy talk about “Working together for the good of the country.” The only thing that is good for this country right now is defeating Obama’s leftist agenda, fully, completely and in detail. You can’t work with him, you can’t compromise with him, you can’t convince him. He’s a progressive Terminator and the Constitution is Sarah Connor. You have to beat him, and that means counterattacking to seize the initiative by getting on the scoreboard with some wins and restoring our team’s morale. “

This guy is good, I would also add the following:

You(we) can’t work with Obama, but he will win for sure if we refuse to work with fellow Rs to defeat him.

BTW : Obama doesnt compromise, he plays up the compromise act to get public support to win. There is a difference.
In private he tells Bohner to go to hell. In public he says he has given Rs nearly everything they asked for,.
Many in the GOP have it backwards which is why they lose.

The current state of the GOP brings to mind the surviving Marines in Aliens, with no shortage of demoralized hacks lamenting their inability to resist by channeling Private Hudson: “Maybe you haven't been keeping up on current events but we just got our a**** kicked, pal!”

So what? So we took a hit on the Fiscal Cliff. Stand up, brush off and get back into the fight. This is no time for self-pity, no time for weakness. Every combat leader knows that when you take a hit, you regroup, reorganize, and prepare to counterattack. The defense is but a temporary, transitory period that serves just one single purpose – to prepare your forces to resume the offensive.

I think it might be "game over" when the Republicans kind of forget to mention that we can't go into the alien nests and destroy the 90%+ "voting"/replicating because That's Raciss!, and the DemoAliens have a court order saying so...

Here’s another consequence that the election had – now that the tax cuts have expired, Obama can’t do anything unless we say “Yes.” From here on in, if he wins it’s because we let him win. So don’t.

Given the wording of the Constitution, this was also the case prior to the Cliff Cave. He won because Republicans let him win.

So why did they?

The Dems know how to set the agenda and stick their premises in the forefront (e.g.)”we need more revenue”. Until the republicans can stop reacting to their false premises nothing will change.

If the GOP had willingness to fight, it would have already. As soon as “media” or democrat operatives say so much as “boo,” they cower in the corner, piss their pants and blow snotbubbles out of abject terror.

Michael Savage is dead-on right. A new conservative party is needed. Enough placing hopes in this feckless gaggle of invertebrates. No Republican will ever be elected President again, so what better time than now?

Or as Joe Stillwell put it after being forced to evacuate Burma in WWII: “I claim we got a hell of a beating. We got run out of Burma and it is humiliating as hell. I think we ought to find out what caused it, go back and retake it.”

Which we did.

Doubt the GOP has the guts but will give them the benefit of the doubt once more. This will take a stand-up attitude by Boehner. Dismiss or Adjourn the House. Take a Stand on Spending Cuts. Our Nation is broke. Shut Down the Government. Stop the checks. Refuse to come back into session, in House, till cuts are on the table from democRATS. Force the RATS hand. If the public wants to raid the treasury, as it appears, make the public wait two years. Stand Up Republicans for once! If America is to be lost, fight for once like Statesmen and Stateswomen republicans. If this is too much to ask ... the request of Take a Stand and Fight Boehner, then bye to not only America but bye to republicans. Tired of fighting with words of warning to republicans, when republicans refuse to listen, so will simply say bye republicans. Last chance, and I know republicans will either do the right thing or the wrong thing. Am betting wrong thing, cause am finding it difficult to find anyone in D.C. who gives a happy about America. The majority want to destroy America. So republicans, what is it going to be? Defeat for the Constitution or a Standing Up for the Constitution?

I think we can defeat Obamacare if we go about it the right way.

If you look at it from the standpoint of a Democratic Senator, it’s a pending train wreck. Their constituents, even those who just voted for Obama, are just now finding out that they have to go buy a policy, or pay a fine.

The Supreme Court decision that validated the mandate, also invalidated the part of the law that would have enabled the Feds to coerce the states into setting up exchanges. Some thirty states are refusing to do so, and Obama can’t withhold their medicaid funding. The feds now have to set up a national exchange, and the law provided no funding for this.

And we have the House.

No fed exchange means there is no mechanism by which to subsidize the poor to buy policies. This is the achilles’ heel of the whole law, because insurance companies would have needed a broader premium pool in order to put downward pressure on prices.

So, we already have exploding premium increases, and no way to broaden the base. We’re already seeing workers’ hours cut, as a result of Obamacare, and we’re already seeing layoffs. We are beginning to experience a shortage of doctors, who are refusing to see patients under the reduced payments called for in the law. There should be no shortage of lobbying monies, from insurance companies, and from the medical community, going to Republicans to get this thing out of the way once and for all.

Statistically, the only people who have ever wanted Obamacare are those with no insurance, and pre-existing conditions. And THEY already have care, mandated to be cared for in emergency rooms.

Then there are the Catholics who are rightly up in arms about the mandated abortifacients and contraceptives.

So it’s a perfect storm.

Would you want to be a Dem Senator holding a townhall in your jurisdiction in 2014?

The votes are THERE, in the Senate, to kill this thing once and for all, in my view.

Obamacare is a train wreck for the Democratic Party, and we should do everything we can to derail them.
