Police have released surveillance video showing the four suspects wanted for gunning down a Manhattan teen for his coat Friday night. In the video, the foursome is seen entering a grocery store on the lower East Side a few minutes before the fatal shooting, police said Monday.

Nope. Nor is it a parasite issue. The article mentions the Baruch Houses. I would bet that these pieces of garbage live in those projects sucking up our tax dollars. And, it is probably not just limited to subsidized housing. They probably receive welfare, food stamps and more. And you can bet that there aren’t any two parent families involved. Just baby mamas and child-support-ducking inseminators.

Slave descended black Americans number about 34 million, and are statistically combined with about 3 million black immigrants. This matters because “black illegitimacy” stands at 72% of all black children, but black immigrants have a very low illegitimacy rate.
So in truth, the slave descended illegitimacy rate is likely approaching 80%, of 4 out of every 5 s-d black children.
And this is terribly important, because children raised by a single parent are 60% more likely to become criminal offenders. The reason for this is that two-(heterosexual) parent families raise children in a “success” mode, where they are encouraged to better themselves.
But far more frequently, children raised by single parents are raised in a “survival” mode. This explains why both they are far more likely to become criminal offenders, and why they generally tend to be antisocial.
Being a social person goes against survival behavior, because it is entirely oriented to the self. If there is any loyalty at all it is to the “pack of peers”, similar “survival oriented” people who behave like wild pack animals.
I mention this because in any encounter with black Americans, unless you determine they are immigrants, they have a good chance of behaving little different than predatory animals at a zoo.
And this has little to do with race, and everything to do with how they were raised. White children of single parents fare no better.

The social plague of illegitimacy has spread well beyond the USA, of course.
There are whole suburbs in England and Australia where the MAJORITY are in unstable, single-parent, fatherless families.

They are probably mistaken. Mayor Bloomberg does not allow any unregistered guns in the city. Maybe one of the perps just threw a bullet really hard at the victim and killed him.

How one is raised means a lot, but white children generally don’t have the racial chip on their shoulder that blacks are encouraged to have. They (whites) tend not to run in packs and attack blacks for example.
Your insight about survival mode is a good one. Added to that is what I call the “trash” culture. There are trash cultures in all races and countries. In the U.S. we have both black and white trash cultures. Trash cultures are encouraged and cultivated and fed by our government. In return, they keep re-electing these trashy politicians.
The problem is not with men.
The problem is the number of boys who never grow up.

Today they don’t, but not too long ago they did. In the 1920s to 1950s, white youth gangs were common, and just as vicious, even though not particularly motivated by race, except in inter-gang rivalries with other ethnic gangs.
Today gangs are seen with two models. One is the ‘hood model, which is the more traditional gang pattern. But the more recent one, which is racism based, is the “wilding” model.
Such gangs are at least in part ad hoc, a small mob forming
then moving rapidly in a single direction through an area or a public event, far away from their ‘hood, attacking those they meet, or ravaging a single store, for example. If confronted, they do not fight back, but scatter.
They are opportunistic, with one say punching or hitting a victim from behind. If they are not knocked out, the group just continues to move, but if they are, several of the group will converge on them to beat them savagely then rob them.
