Beck’s idea makes sense if you add one component; have a group like the NRA be ready to file a lawsuit against the government for each and every arrest. Use each arrest as a way to challenge the legality of the law. Overwhelm the government with lawsuits against it.

Guess we’d need more than a few folks with a martyr complex with extra time on their hands who have great faith in their ability to reason with their cell mate, Bubba, and convince him of the importance of respecting one’s personal space.</sarc>

How about demand a trial by jury and make damned sure the jury is aware of nullification?

I suspect Back can not suggest armed resistance for fear of being accused of inciting violence.
If you can not bring yourself to shoot, then by all means sue.
No matter what the cost, keep doing it until you get all your guns back in perfect working order.
The left won the country by lawsuits, let's return the favor.
