The White House may craftily be laying the groundwork for a massive and thoroughly unconstitutional seizure of power from Congress.
Republicans are threatening not to raise the debt ceiling limit unless President Obama agrees to significant cuts in spending. And so, a move is increasingly afoot to have Obama raise it himself. It’s hard to imagine that the growing clamor doesn’t have the approval of the White House. And it’s hard to imagine a more egregious abuse of power.
There are few Constitutional principles more clear than that Congress is in charge of allotting the nation’s cash. . .

The usurper has gotten away with crimes and misdemeanors by the score and nobody reprimanded him in any meaningful way. Whatever protests we raise are ignored by the media, so the public never hears the incitements they need to hear.
The Republicans in the House won’t vote to impeach because they know the Senate won’t vote to convict. I say impeach him anyway, just to make a statement.
The Supreme Court? Ha! Unless Roberts “gets religion” there won’t be any help from that quarter.

I am not going make believe I know exactly what O is up to, short that he will probably whip the GOP again at this as he has always has been many steps ahead of them.
But the spending comes from congress in the CRs, at least much of it. They cant force O to sign a spending bill but he cant technically force them to pass the CR he wants either and he cant spend money that is not in law.
They could try using the debt limit arguments that Dems make as an argument why the CR cannot just be extended as is.

Don’t bother- the constitution means NOTHING anymore- John Roberts of the uspreme court made damn sure of that when he refused to stop this rogue government from unconstitutionally violating our rights- ?The left has been tryign to do away with our constitution for a logn time now, and they have finally gotten up enopugh nerve to actually do so, and NOONE is stopping them from doing so- not even the supreme court- who gave him the green light to do whatever the hell he wants-

Just looking at the context of the words, I believe that they allude to what I have feared for sometime and that is that it is going to be very difficult indeed to scrape this mess from the shoes of America. It is not a mess that is simply going to fade from sight after the passage four years.

I think “We the People” of this country are at the trigger point and any unconstitutional move by Obama to either create a gun grab or to bypass Congress on the debt limit will set off the shot heard ‘round the world. People are at their wits end and I don’t think they are going to stand for more abuse. I think they will rebel. I’m not sure what form it will take, i.e. civil war, state cessation, tax revolt or all of these but I can feel it and it’s scary. What we are experiencing now is exactly what prompted people to come to America and to cast off the vile oppressive government they had been under. Sadly it’s happened again and we have no choice but to fight back and reclaim what our constitution intended for us, freedom from tyrannical government and God given inalienable rights. The only question remaining is when does it begin.

I suspect Obozo is abusing his power in regard to using federal agents to investigate anyone that opposes him. He’s sort of a cross between Herbert Hoover and Hitler. No one is safe while he sits on the throne.
You have to look to his gay lover, the one who who became enamored with him and figured he had the charisma and the skin tone to pull it off to see where the planning took and takes place.

I really don”t think this guy is gone in 2017. Things will get worse blame will go where it always had with him (to Bush) and the media will drum beat in his stay despite the Constitution.

We have to have faith that someday enough fellow Americans will just say “enough of this foolishness” and set things straight.
When that will happen? It sure won’t happen in the next 4 years. We are in for some real dark times and rough sledding I think for the next 10 years. It may be the current teenagers who right the ship, or it might be the case that in 2016 America will be sufficiently pissed off to get out the vote to oust democrats from top to bottom.
But the realitiy is that here we are in a crappy situation. That is our here and now. We have to live our lives and work to bring our country back no matter how long that will take.
It will be time for every paycheck receiving citizen to practice a bit of civil disobedience and change their W-4 so they get all their money in their check.
Or if an employer has the courage, to do the deductions but hold the funds in escrow until such time as we re-establish a legit form of government.
The other option is to for all producers to go on strike. Business to shut their doors. But, I think that is too far a reach for our producers.
A tax strike is much more achievable.

We could switch to cash only transactions and only with cash that has a 2012 or earlier date of issue.

Actually, I should amend that to we voluntarily use only cash that predates 2013, we refuse all cash dated 2013 and after.
Furthermore, we have a central clearing organization like paypal that will do digital money transfers but only to and from accounts that have been certified balances as of 2013 and only those balances will be recognized as valid.
What we will need to do is refuse to accept post 2013 newly issued money by the govt.
The govt. can print all it likes, if we refuse to honor it what are they going to do ?
And actually, this is exactly what happens in a classic currency collapse, the public refuses to deal in it or trade in it. They will barter, use gold or a stable foreign currency.
The only difference this time is that we will be refusing only newly minted money instead of all money.

In my opinion, the scariest thing Obama has ever done is sign an order giving himself secret service protection for life. That tells me a whole lot right there. He has plans and they aren’t going to be good for this country and he’s getting bolder by the day about airing them because it is clear to one and all, and accepted by the left, that the media will not challenge him but instead, excuse him and give him cover. The world won’t get the truth from the U.S. media, so we have already sunk to that level. It is about to get “every man for himself” serious.
The fallacy in your argument is that there is no difference between the bills. The paper currency is but a stand in for electronic blips on a digital ledger. There is no difference between one blip and another.
All money is actually ledger entries, zaps on an electronic storage medium. The plastic of a credit card, or debit card or EBT card more nearly represents true money because it is direct. The plastic directly accesses the ledger.
The paper currency is several steps away from the ledger. For most people today, there is no need for actual paper money. Some form of plastic is easier and cleaner and more expedient than paper or intrinsically valueless metal coins.

The media is who gets people elected and the abuse of media power rises above what King Obama has done. To me, that’s where the biggest share of the blame should fall. I love hearing that the NYT is laying off MORE people and we all know the reason they give, it’s the same exact reason for the last 10 layoffs, less advertisers in print, yah yah,,not less subscribers, less advertisers. The NYT lies like the rest of the media. Time Mag laying off people,,yessss!!!!! Makes my day.
More than the power of a gun, which we all have every right to, the Citizen Media is going to be who we will need to look at to help us band together. After the gun restrictions/bans are passed, next King Obama will be controlling the internet. Everyone needs to join a local militia or group and start working out communications for that eventuality NOW, not then. Just my opinion.
