Indeed. We had, as almost always, very poor options in 2000 - essentially W or McCain. Personally I was for Forbes, but after meeting him by chance in an elevator in New Orleans, I knew he had no chance.
How would it be possible for a conservative to vote Democrat? I know of no Conservative party. Maybe NY has one but is there ever any Conservatives (capital C) elected?
