The more the US Administration insults and isolates Israel, the more the swing to the RIGHT-WING inside Israel. The Left will makes some gains but the entire Israeli population is assessing many different events and areas in the Middle East and reaching her own conclusions - with the assistance of Iran, the entire Middle East has shifted to radical Islam.
Israel knows that Obama cannot be trusted (by anybody). Once again, the Americans are misreading the reality on the ground in that region and Israel knows now, more than ever, that she is alone and the SOLE determiner of her fate.
No, the Israelis know what's going on and will vote Right-wing in order to deal with the shifting realities. Like it or not, the more Obama shows his true dislike for Israel (Netanyahu), the more they will feel that they cannot rely on the US and will therefore, take UNILATERAL actions.
Why no anger at the PLO Palestinians for violating the Oslo Agreement by going to the UN for a Statehood recognition? Hmmm, no Obama critique to be found...

Tekumah Confirms Ballot Union with Habayit Hayehudi

Women should be seen, not heard, bothers me. BUT, I figure Zionist women like Women in Green have strong voices regardless, so if the merger gets them Zionist votes for Israel’s greater good, and diminishes the push to acquiesce to any falsestinian demands, GO FOR IT!.

Tracking back and found this.
http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/163825#.UOTG3DGcX20
“Jewish Home candidate Ayelet Shaked said on Wednesday night, ‘The Jewish Home has three women in the first 12 spots on its list, while the Likud has only one woman in these spots. We are the only party in Israel in which women were elected not because of spots reserved for women on the list, but because of their efforts and actions.’”
******************************************************
If true, and I have no reason to doubt it, the list has already compensated for the few who are more extreme.
Israel’s political parties and the musical chairs can drive you crazy.

Nope. Wouldn’t go there under any circumstance. It’s some of the statements and actions of some of their members outside of the elections. BUT, like I said, I’ll handle it if it means that more Zionists are elected, female or not. One thing at a time. Save Israel first.
