Without reading any of these bills...... They are all most likely unconstitutional.

The one about insurance is pretty disturbing. If obamacare is ok with SCOTUS, most likely mandatory "insurance" will fly. Even if they have to call it a tax.

States will probably be offered something as incentive to make insurance mandatory for gun ownership. Then it just escalates until you can't afford it.
