He can order agencies under the Executive branch to do a lot of things...however, in matters as grave as having to do with the Second Amendment, the EO must have some basis, established relevancy and applicability to existing law to be ‘legal’.
Not if the marxists have the votes on the USSC. They will rubber stamp anything. It is a short way to real tyranny from here.
I guess you’re right about the USSC....however, it isn’t completely gone to the dark side yet. There are still some sparks of sanity there, even with Roberts’ foray there with ObamaCare. I’m praying he got bitch-slapped back to the light side in the aftermath of that.
And, finally, when there is no respite of good and decency left from our ‘leaders,’ we must lead ourselves. That includes standing on one’s principles, even if it means life. Our forefathers did it; if they were alive today, they’d expect no less.
