Obama Blames Media ‘Preferred By Republican Constituencies’ For Unfriendliness In D.C.

During a Monday press conference in the White House, President Barack Obama was asked about his seeming lack of interest in socialization with other members of the political establishment in Washington. Obama said that, while he is a friendly person, it takes two to socialize and Republicans are generally not interested in being seen with him. He blamed “media that is preferred by Republican constituencies” for creating an environment in which a Republican politician seen with Obama has to fear a primary fight in their next election.

President Obama said he does socialize with members of Congress from the other party on a regular basis and they have a good time when they do interact on a casual basis.

“That doesn’t prevent them from going onto the floor of the House and, you know, blasting me for being a big spending socialist,” Obama said to laughs from the assembled reporters.

“The reason that, in many cases, Congress votes the way they do, or talks the way they talk, or takes the positions in negotiations that they take doesn’t have to do with me, it has to do with imperatives they feel in terms of their own politics,” Obama continued. “They’re worried about their district. They’re worried about what’s going on back home.”

Gee....the BARACK can’t handle criticism from Fox? P@ssy.

As for friendly Republicans, he can always bring over the crying crybaby Boner or Juan McLame to appease him on whatever he wants to do.

Maybe the folks back home don’t like their member of Congress being photographed with the anti-christ.

And for all Barry's attempts to bask in the glow of claimed diversity, did he condescend for a moment to allow a question from a FOX News reporter today?

Obama and his MSM strokers have succeeded in putting the president in a parallel universe removed from reality—much like the old Roman Emperors who desperately clinged to the views of sycophants and the sucking up if totally corrupt Praetorian guard.

The shiftless no account Low Information Voter reelected Obama to keep the welfare goodies coming, no more and no less...his trying to make some mandate out of it is damned to failure...

Dear Leader is on a roll, today...full on Alinsky - not holding back or even sending his usual surrogates to *pick his targets and freeze them, ridicule/poloraize them*, etc.

Yeah -—spoken with all the faux-confidence of a faux-dictator, who will never have an appreciation that he’s describing himself and not his Republican adversaries.
This is an extremely hard knot to disentangle, but (and probably BECAUSE) it’s been going on for decades.
We finally have a Chief Executive who has NO compunctions
on spending the “political capital” he thinks his “mandate” has won him, even when that “capital” involves nothing but increasingly , harrowingly catastrophic debt.

"They’re worried about their district. They’re worried about what’s going on back home.”

Hey Obama, ever give any consideration to the fact that these people actually represent their district and the concerns of the people in their district? Ever consider that they should worry about what's going on back home?

Really, what a complete rube. He is so utterly walled off from reality by the coddling, corrupt MSM that he simply does not truly understand America or Americans!

Obama doesn't really seem to pal around with many Democrats either.

He's self-absorbed, grumpy, petty, and I would imagine a lousy conversationalist - unless you want to talk about him and how other people treat him.

I'll bet even Biden does his best to avoid socializing with him, even though Biden does find Obama clean and articulate, for a black guy.

This was one of his most breath-takingly hate-filled public appearances yet.

He’s whipping up a vurtual blood-lust frenzy against Republicans, who for the most part are about the most harmless, mild-mannered, timid bunch of losers known to mankind, and I had the feeling that if he felt he could get away with it, he’d announce that he was suspending Congressional proceedings and placing all GOP members under arrest. Or maybe he’d just tell his peeps to storm the House and kill them all.

On second thought, maybe he’s just holding off until after the next immaculation.
