President Obama says he plans to make public later this week the details of his plan to tighten firearms laws based on the findings of a White House task force he commissioned in the aftermath of the fatal Connecticut school shooting.

The task force was led by Vice President Joe Biden and held its final White House meeting Monday, talking with members of the House Democratic Gun Violence Prevention Task Force.

Obama said Monday he planned to meet with Biden to review the findings and will “vigorously pursue” the recommendations in the next few days.

That's interesting. You can't be found using a PO Box for an address because you can't live in a PO Box.

You can't register to vote here without a physical address, can't use a PO Box as an address.

Maybe in New York, you CAN live in a PO Box??

You are both mistaken. While the actual NICS check consists of only the info, handgun, long gun, or shotgun, the dealer is REQUIRED to keep on file all records of all sales going back until the NICS check was instituted. All Obama has to do is demand the records and threaten the gun shop with loss of their license if they don’t turn them over. Everything bought since 1996 is on file somewhere. Obama will go after those records.
