Taxpayers pay for Bill Clintonís Cinemax, Jimmy Carterís Dish Network

Bill Clinton is a multimillionaire, but you’re paying for the Cinemax in his office.

That’s just one eyebrow-raising expense a former occupant of the White House has been allowed to put on the taxpayer tab every year, even though every living ex-president is quite wealthy.

In an attempt to shed light on this little-known perk of being a former commander in chief, The Daily Caller — through a Freedom of Information Act request filed last year — has obtained thousands of pages of emails and documents from the government detailing how taxpayer money is spent on former presidents each year.

The documents obtained from the General Services Administration – the agency that oversees taxpayer funding for former presidents – are from fiscal year 2011.

Like other former presidents, Clinton – the still-popular Democrat who was recently named “Father of the Year” by The National Father’s Day Council – used the nearly $1 million dollars allocated to him from the government to cover post-presidency expenses like personnel, travel, rent and postage.

Just Cinemax? I’d venture to say we’re probably paying for Bill’s XXX viewing pleasure too.

From the article:

Late at night, the premium channel earns its “Skinemax” nickname with a turn toward adult programming, offering shows titles like “Busty Coeds Vs. Lusty Cheerleaders,” “Sex Games Cancun 01: Last Temptation of Hank” and “Hotel Erotica Feature 05: Bedroom Fantasies 2.”

Taxpayers provided $517,000 for former President Jimmy Carter, $835,000 for George H.W. Bush and $1.3 million for George W. Bush in government funding.

It is good to be a former President. President George W. Bush receives 1.3 million dollars in government funding....Nice if you can get it. Considering only 44 people out of a trillion people have been President, it is still a tough job to get overall. Could be the most competitive out of any job in the U.S.

All these hypocritical politicians should give up their many perks. That would help cut spending. Put Greta in charge!

I don’t mind so much paying for Bill Clinton’s cenemax as I do paying 8 million dollars to fly Obama back and forth to Hawaii twice during Christmas. A holiday that he doesn’t even bother to observe by going to Church service.

$1.3 million dollars spent on Bush, Carter, or Clinton, is one Dinner trip to New York for the current Dictator and his wife to have supper, and they spend it almost daily.

Leona Helmsley had a water fountain installed in her home at her expense and was thrown in prison.

These miserable side-show freaks should have all benefits slashed to zero!

It is such a waste for Jimmy Carter as all he watches is Bill Moyers on PBS and he can get that with rabbit ears. As for Der Slickmeister, he is glued to MTV.
