It’s worth noting that even though the House might pass articles of impeachment against Obama, and even though the Senate would never vote to remove him, this would still become a part of the historical record and a blot upon his “legacy”.

Also, the Senate trial (even though the outcome would be known from the outset) would provide “interference” that would slow down the Obammunists from their “forward march” through the government — if only a small amount.

Not so fast. If the articles of impeachment were issued from the house in early 2014, we can damn well elect a Senate in Nov of 2014 that will act on the articles to impeach Obama. Make it a campaign issue if need be.

Alternatively we just have a coup d’etat to enforce the constitution.
