In press conferences that have been held since 12/14, the Connecticut State Police have identified all of the weapons seized from the crime scene at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
"To eliminate any confusion or misinformation, we will again describe and identify the weapons seized at the school crime scene," Connecticut State Police Spokesman Lt J. Paul Vance said Friday, January 18, via a press release.
Seized inside the school were the following: a Bushmaster .223 caliber-- model XM15-E2S rifle with high capacity 30 round clips; a Glock 10 mm handgun; and a Sig-Sauer P226 9mm handgun.
Seized from the suspect’s car in parking lot was a Izhmash Canta-12 12 gauge Shotgun.
The case remains under investigation.

After yesterday, I was pretty sure FR was right about no assault weapon used at Newtown, but now I don’t know again.
Used to kill a Bernalillo County, NM Deputy Sheriff stopping a desperate man over a dim license plate light not too long ago.
I own a Glock Model 30. Easy to find ammo at a price, but try to find a holster.

Looks like still no word on which of these actually caused the wounds that killed the kids. Not that it matters but I still want to know. Officially.
I have noticed that it is hard to say and it makes no sense to say “which of these guns killed the kids” I just don’t understand how you can blame this or any killing on a gun.
Wiggle the brass side to side to loosen it up in the clip wiggle them a bit when you push them in. It is still not easy. I got a scope over mine so I have to load the magazines by hand.
I think he had two 15 round clips taped together for rapid changeout, thus they may be referring to them as 30 round clips.
On the bright side, maybe the fact that they accepted all of those orders shows they have confidence this “Assault” ban will go no where.

I don’t know it’s pretty grainy. I saw a video yesterday i think where a cop was unloading shot shells from a shotgun in the trunk. He didn’t take any particular care, it looked like to me, as far a finger prints, evidence, whatever. Now I see this one and there are guys in Haz-mat suits looking like they are handling nuclear waste(and no i’m not saying they are actually handling nuclear waste i’m saying they are being careful. you know who you are) The cop in uniform looks like he gets something out and moves up screen to what would be the left of the car. Then the 2 hazmat guys pull 2 of something out of the trunk. The better look is to the second guy the one in back. That does not look like a shotgun. Actually I see a flash hider. But it is very grainy, dark and hard to see.
That's very true and I agree.
The confusion is multiplied though when the initial reports came from the Feds. One would think the Fed would not release unverified information.
It is curious though that these weapons in the trunk were discovered early that morning yet they were not removed or secured until later that night.
Vance said they were secured in his mid day press conference....while they were still in the trunk?
Why would they let weapons stay in a trunk of a car all day, is that normal procedure?
I’m sorry, I didn’t know that you were a Sandy Hook Truther. However if you can’t take a little rain and a little humor in your land of de Nile then that is your problem.

As far as I know, and I maybe wrong. No mainstream manfacturer, there may be some, but no “name” manufacturer, produces a 15 round clip. Besides that, no ar-15, That I know of, is clip fed. I’m sure someone can google something and tell me I am wrong.

Oh, no one produces 15 round magazines either. AFAIK
I don't know if they knew that was 'his' car until the end of the day. The most obvious thing would be to secure the area, get first aid. Then begin the investigation. Every room had to be cleared. The process can take some time.
Good question, I haven't heard or read a word about it.
Lot's of un answered questions on this case as far as I am concerned....and it doesn't help when you have to question the veracity of every new "fact" that gets released. I don't trust them as far as I can spit.
