The U.S. Constitution is not in the rights creation business. The Second Amendment isn’t a right, it doesn’t convey any rights, and doesn’t guarantee any rights.
The Second Amendment forbids the limitation of the pre-existing right of all individuals to keep and bear arms.
All human experience occurs at the level of individuals. The concept of “collective” anything is a communist fantasy.
The federal courts have repeatedly interpreted the prohibition on establishment of religion to apply to federal, State, and local governments. Clearly the Second Amendment prohibition on infringement extends to all levels of government, whether or not this has been violated in practice.
No, I only did “collective”, as that is a term that is not associated with the founding of this country in any way.
It is however a term that is associated with the downfall of this country.
Similarly, power no longer flows fromt he bottom up. Rather it flows from the government to the government. People are given the illusion of power via their vote, but I believe that power is nothing more than an illusion.
And regarding all rights being collective rights and individual rights, that may well be true, however we have a substantial number of people who bear those very rights that also deny them.
