Pennsylvania girl, 5, suspended for ... pink toy gun that blows soapy bubbles.

A 5-year-old Pennsylvania girl who told another girl she was going to shoot her with a pink Hello Kitty toy gun that blows soapy bubbles has been suspended from kindergarten.

Her family has hired an attorney to fight the punishment, which initially was 10 days for issuing a 'terroristic threat.' But her punishment was reduced to two days after her mother met with school officials and had the incident dropped to 'threatening to harm another student,' which apparently carries a lesser punishment.

Original title had to be cut to fit: "Pennsylvania girl, 5, suspended for threatening to shoot girl with pink toy gun that blows soapy bubbles"

In some "Education" circles, suspending for 10 days a 5 year old for making terroristic threats with a pink Hello Kitty Bubble gun makes perfect sense. Thanks Unionized Educators for making the world a better place!!!

School administrators who are too stupid to tell the difference between a 5 year old with a pink toy gun that blows soapy bubbles and the real item have no business in the public or private schools.

Their stupidity is a danger to themselves and the kids.

The pink toy gun that blows soapy bubbles is not the type of toy that belongs at school.

In response to school authorities who are this incredibly STUPID, the only thing I can figure that the parents could have said is that their daughter was practicing to be a member of Occupy Wall Street when she grew up.

“But, but, my daughter is a Democrat,” they should have said.

Subjecting a child to PUBLIC education, as it has become, is child abuse.

If I were a child today, I would so be in jail for saying “Pow!” while firing rubber bands from my clothespin pistols we used in elementary school. What the hell is wrong with school admins today? No common sense, no humor, no love for kids. Kids are kids, for crying out loud. Hello, soap bubbles are not meant to harm kids, it’s called playing!

Yet the mother wants to send her child back to that school!

The pink toy gun that blows soapy bubbles was not at school. They searched her backpack and found nothing. But it makes no difference whether it was at school or not. The person who persecuted this little girl for being a child showed a level of stupidity beyond understanding. The person who interrogated her until she cried and all others concerned should be fired and never allowed to work with children again. There is one word for this: evil.

She did not even have the toy with her!!!!! She’s 5!

The school official, who ratted out the child after hearing her tell her friend she was gonna shoot her with her Hello Kitty gun, should be publicly humiliated along with the child’s teacher and the school officials who initially suspended her for 10 days for making a terrorist threat.

Just wow.

Damn straight, Comrade. The last thing 5 year olds need to concern themselves with is a pink bubble blowing toy when they have more important things to learn, like "social justice" and proper condom usage. But the administrators searched the girl, and didn't find the "weapon", and subsequent interrogations failed to cause the dangerous item to materialize. Obviously, something subversive is going on, and hopefully DHS will get involved and re-educate the 5 year old and her parents.

I am sure you agree.

It’s Bubblegeddon.

“Mr. Principal, it’s time to outlaw blackboards. A teacher’s hand holding a piece of chalk looks suspiciously like a gun and my little Susie is supposed to be educated in a zero-tolerance environment.”

Are there any enterprising journalists in that area? I would like to see pictures of the RAT who overheard the conversation amongst little girls. I would like pictures of the child’s teacher. And I would like pictures of the administrators at the school. Put their photos on the internet and Tweet them all over the world. Idiots do not need to work with children.

“Excuse me, Miss Albertson. But which way is the cafeteria?”

“That way.” (Points)

“GUN!!” (Hits the floor)

Didn't see that she had the toy at school ~ just that the teacher and the cappos believed it to be a threat to actually shoot another kid ~ but not to worry, 10 days suspension will knock that out of her eh!

Would you want your chil' protected on a daily basis by people who imagine hello kitty bubble guns can kill, and then, follow that up with such a pitiful action as a minor suspension ~ seriously ~ if they really believed that they should have called the cops!

One day, you’re abortion fodder. If you survive that, though, the next day, you’re considered an adult!
