I’ve been to gun shows where I heard a round or three pop off.

When I was a young lad, we had a police officer come to our BOY SCOUT MEETING (which was at OUR SCHOOL) and demonstrate the difference between a GUN and a BOW.

He shot a bullet at a PHONE BOOK (it didn't penetrate).

He then shot an arrow at the same PHONE BOOK. It went through.

NO ONE WAS INJURED.

So yes Virginia, there really are idiots at gun shows.

Even so, the numbers of DEATHS is so low as to be almost ZERO.

There is a very simple answer as to why.

People that go to gun shows don’t like an “UNLOADED” gun aimed at them anymore that they like a loaded gun aimed at them and they are damn quick to tell anyone aiming a gun at them, in not so polite a way, to aim it a different direction.

In most cases when a gun does go off because of some idiot it’s not aimed at anyone.

The biggest risk of a gun show is driving to and from the show.

So... you are saying that people who INTEND to kill someone kill more people than those WHO DON'T. In other words, you agree that the 'simple answer' is that it is the GUN USER'S intentions, not the GUN, that is the problem?

The biggest risk of a gun show is driving to and from the show.

AND walking to the building from your car.

I’ve got at least 6 loaded guns, and I won’t tell you how many unloaded guns, within 10 ft of me right now.

Don’t feel like any one of them is just going to start shooting on it’s own anymore that the hatchet hanging on the wall is going to start chopping me up all by itself.

It all depends on the person holding it.

Ah.... the one issue that our 'government' refuses to acknowledge.

Not just our govt, but the entire left.

Slaves shouldn’t own guns is the lefts mindset.

They can make any gun law they want, but it takes two to catch me or I'm going to deny it.
