Oh, I’ve read Feinstein and the Left has fantasies about her proposals being enacted into law. But, they are fantasies. Even Harry Reid won’t sign up for the stuff she is putting out. It’s political theater designed to convince the American people that they are putting forward reasonable, sensible, and common sense proposals that are being stopped by evil Republican gun nuts.
Eight Democrat Senators from Red States have to stand for election in 2014. They are going to vote for Feinstein’s plan. It proababy won’t even make it to the floor.
The House won’t take anything up until the Senate acts. They’ll never pass it, but nothing will make it out of the Senate, so the House won’t do anything.
The real threat is behind the scenes. They can do lots of mischief with regulations based on existing law. Mentally ill persons cannot own firearms. You sound a little crazy to me, or if not to me, to some ATF bubba somewhere. Questioning Feinstein is a clear indication of mental imbalance.
