Just finished watching a World War II post-mortem analysis on exactly what motivated the German people and what notes Hitler struck that resonated with their world view, and how this nobody corporal from world war I was selected by the bankers and industrialists to be their tool. The documentary was made sixty years ago and had none of the political correctness we see today. Hope and Change figured big. Ecstatic throngs lining streets. Nazi speaches, Nazi books, Nazi music, Nazi literature, Nazi art, Nazi architecture. Hitler yelling, Hitler smiling, Hitler with children, Hitler with his dog. Hitler, Hitler, Hitler 24/7. Then I tuned into Hannity to hear about this braying jackass Obama, an obvious post-turtle and his fetid message of class warfare, getting even, and laying the groundwork for a “new America”. Using hate and division as the unifying theme. We’d better wake up fast folks.
I might add that said documentary spent some time discussing the german parliament that had been reduced to nothing but stooges and yes-men, who voted yes, got paid and went home. And just like Hitler, Obama is powerless without the cooperation of a supine and maleable congress that bends to his every whim.
