Universities Slash Teachers' Hours to Evade ObamaCare

This would be a beautiful thing if some liberals would become awakened by this.

What they will conclude is that Obama needs to bring the hammer down and use Government force on the Eeeeeevil Grrrrrreeedy Bastages who did this.

Oh they are quite concerned about the whole thing. I work at a community college and in December they pulled in every part time or temporary full time employee and fired them all 3 days before Christmas.

Then told them they could all come back in January but could only work 20 hrs. a week and they could never have more than 100 hrs. in a calendar month.

The pissing and moaning from the staff and faculty was something to behold. My response when they started bellyaching to me was YOU ASKED FOR IT when you voted for your king and obamacare, I TOLD YOU SO.

Now the adjunct faculty are getting hit, more wailing and moaning. Welcome to the obama economy, isn’t it wonderful where if you can work 3 jobs 20 hrs a week suckers!

It’s fun and sad to watch their flailing about, being typical liberals and not knowing what to do to fix their screw up.

I am one of the few conservatives on campus and most leave me alone. I do not generally go around proclaiming my politics but on the other hand will not back down if a liberal shows up at my door wanting their rear end chewed out.

What have your two friends said about it? Do they have buyer’s remorse?

They haven’t discussed it in terms of Obamacare. I’m sure they know but they haven’t mentioned it.
