"Drugs had taken my life away from me," Bowie says, "I felt as though I would probably die and it was going to be all over." Bowie credits his assistant, Coco, for getting him out of that life. Weed is being more accepted now and on the verge of being legal. That is the #1 screwing up drug there is. And nowadays nobody cares that much. Use has declined anyone’s interest in things really. Look at the space program, entertainment, everything. Very dulled out now.
