we're just swinging with the whims of the idiots.....

those plastic bags used today are so thin and cheap....there can't be much waste there...

notice that the govt elite don't go after the real culprits of waste....like the guys that package cd's...or the way anything from china is packed....all plastic crap you have to cut a knife thru to open, plus all that styrofoam...

maybe if we stopped buying so much crap from far away, and bought stuff made here, we wouldn't need the excess packaging..

Some of the manufacturers of these bags now add food starch to the plastic. This causes the bag to break down quickly when exposed to the elements.
