Musta been payback for Obama forgetting himself and rushing to "rescue" a damsel in distress----that would be poor, struggling Suzan Rice who was tossed a millstone by the Obama admin WRT Benghazi.

O and the Dem congress claimed to have fixed that with Lilly Bedwetter Act, Now exactly 4 years later he comes out and calls for this even more intrusive employer mandate 'feel good' Act that makes China look like an even better place to create jobs, and with an R House knowing it is DOA.
Ask wimmin why he didnt pass it when he had the filibuster proof Dem congress 2009 to 2010.
Same with O care, now House Dems are calling for a ‘public plan’ to fix the deficit and rising health care costs. But they told us that O-care did that!
