Why doesn’t she get any punishment for lying under oath? Spineless, gutless Republicans all of them.
Because she wasn't 'testifying' under oath in a courtroom . She was only being questioned by a committee to which she helped staff. (remember the parts where she 'welcomed' the 'noobs'? Did you see her wink at them?)
She later berated the only two males with any cahones for not following 'past practice' where the committee is supposed to figure out what went wrong and make recommendations for the NEW officeholder (SOS in this case) to apply, laying no blame on the current officeholder, nor asking any embarrassing questions.
There was no difference between Hillary 'speaking' to this committee, and Sandra Fluke 'speaking' to Congress at a fake 'hearing' set up by the MSM.
Neither is legally binding.
