I think abortion is a symptom. The disease is a mindset that is contemptuous of a Supreme Being and His laws.
Gehinnom is a place outside ancient Jerusalem known in the Hebrew Bible as the Valley of the Son of Hinnom. Originally, it was believed that this was a location where children were sacrificed to Moloch, a false god.
And that’s what we do today - sacrifice children to the false god of sexuality and expediency. We all pay the price for tolerating the abomination of this way of thinking.
