MSNBC Host: Thank God and Country Abortion Was There to Save Me

We're used to MSNBC's Toure saying outlandish things, but his latest commentary in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade is by far the worst. During a segment last week, Toure went on what he called an abortion rant in which he thanked God and country abortion was there to "save him" at a time when taking care of a baby and becoming a father would have been inconvenient for him. He also refers to abortion as a "safety net."

Got that? Toure was willing to end the life of an unborn child so his own life could remain convenient and less responsible. He's proud of it, too. His argument is similar to that of the one made in Salon last week titled, "So what if abortion ends a life?"

I never wavered for a moment in the belief that I was carrying a human life inside of me. I believe that’s what a fetus is: a human life. And that doesn’t make me one iota less solidly pro-choice.

I would put the life of a mother over the life of a fetus every single time — even if I still need to acknowledge my conviction that the fetus is indeed a life. A life worth sacrificing.

The good news is, hundreds of thousands of people were in Washington D.C. last week marching for life and sent a message that all life should be cared for and protected.

There’s more honour and dignity in a steaming pile of horse crap than there is in this “Toure” creature.

There speaks every "pro-choice" man ... like the ones who brought us Roe v. Wade.

There is no such thing as a "pro-choice man". Men protect women and children ... sometimes at the cost of their own lives. There's no such thing as a "pro-choice boy", either. Boys aspire to be men.

No, these pro-choice creatures are neither boys nor men ... they are simply rutting animals (or demons), devoid of any trace of humanity. I have more respect for most male animals, than I do for these pro-choice creatures.

Goose, Gander, and Goslings.

They 'get it'.

Toure is dumber than a goose.

Correction accepted!

I’d add that another reason there should be no “pro-choice” boys is that boys should be so busy getting covered in mud and setting things on fire that it never occurs to them to think about reproduction. (If they wonder where the new brother came from, they can learn, “He came from God, sweetie, just like you did.”)

Aw, the little fluffy things are so cute! They’ll be nesting here in just a couple of weeks. Last year, there was a pair with a nest on a landscaped median in the Walmart parking lot. Safe from coyotes, dogs, and snakes, at least.

His God is Molech.

This guy is the epitome of the leftist who wants to control everything you do. They want the state to force you to bow down to their gods.

You mean you never heard of Katie Pavlich?

Journalist Katie Pavlich arrived on the political scene in Washington DC in 2010 ready to challenge the status quo. As news editor for Townhall.com and a contributing editor to Townhall Magazine, Pavlich has focused attention on topics that many inside the beltway would rather forget or ignore such as illegal immigration, bias in education and the Second Amendment. She has shared her conservative perspective on multiple media venues including, Fox News, MSNBC and Fox Business, in addition to a host of national and local radio shows. Pavlich’s deep love of the outdoors and respect for firearms are rooted in the formative experiences of growing up in the mountains of northern Arizona, rafting the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, and hunting big game with her father in the forests and deserts that Barry Goldwater called home. She is also the author of the New York Times Best Seller Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-Upand a graduate of the University of Arizona.>Source

Or do you mean Touré?

I've read about him especially in articles in NewsBusters.org

on second thought, maybe it’s just as well for someone like that not to procreate. Ever.

Had a chat with a young woman being indoctrinated in the local school collective.

I asked her if she realized that abortion kills a living human being.

She said “yeah, it’s no big deal.”

I asked her if she had ever seen photos of these murdered babies and if she could not recognize them as murdered human beings.

She said that the school showed them a video of an abortion. The video plainly showed the arms and legs being torn from the baby and squirted into a receptacle by the sucking machine.

She said they were told, “See? Just body parts. No big deal.”

I told her the Nazis used to show their children films of mass executions of the Jews and Gypsies. They would show them liked up in front of trenches and machine gunned; men, women, and children, young and old alike. And the Nazi children were told, “See? Just Jews. No big deal.”

He must be referring to the other 9000 people who could have done this job better than he does, except they were all aborted.

Aw, the little fluffy things are so cute!

But not terribly cuddly ... and if you try, Mr. & Mrs. Goose will move to intercept, flapping their wings and hissing all sorts of horrible goose-curses at you. We humans could stand to learn a thing or two from them.

Best to leave them be.

Until the Fall ...

I have become a fan of Hevi-Shot ...

A life worth sacrificing.

As long as the life worth sacrificing is not theirs, of course.

I had the same thought... the Lord has that babies soul in His care. Lets hope he doesn’t procrete and his line dies out... Darwin award for an unsuccessful breeding strategy...

They’re protected here. They stand in the middle of the road, giving stopped cars the “I know a great lawyer” look.

I think it’s time all liberal men should come out of the closet and proudly declare they forced their girlfriends into an abortion! Sounds like a great new political movement.

That line of argument strikes me as unintentionally dangerous, that the soul of an aborted child is within the care of the Lord.

Carry that logic out. An aborted child, having committed no sin, goes to Heaven, yes? Yet through life, you stand the possibility of losing that chance due to your own actions. So couldn’t a mother assuage her guilt in this manner? “My baby’s going to Heaven; he’ll be happier this way!” Ultimately, by this logic, you conclude that abortion is a charitable act of mercy.

And so does Satan smile with glee.

So clearly, ‘aborted children go to Heaven’ is a false premise.

More confirmation of what I’ve always believed, i.e., that feminism was/is actually almost more beneficial for the men than the women. It’s allowed them to shirk their responsibilities in general. They have a free ride when it comes to indiscriminate sex, and don’t have to take responsibility as fathers, via abortion. They don’t have to be responsible as providers, as feminism made women believe they’re nothing unless they take men’s jobs in the workplace and abandon their roles as wives and homemakers. How is that not great for men?
