Best Skeet Recipe:
Attach the Skeet to a wooden board and marinate in your favorite barbeque sauce overnight, then bake covered in a oven at 250 F for 4 hours, remove, throw away the Skeet and eat the board.
(Mrs. Smooth recommends deboning the skeets first. I guess it makes them easier to nail to the board)
(Oh, and she says if they’re saltwater skeets, be sure and devein them)
Have Mrs. Smooth send that to Michelle and the WH chef. If she adds that it’s a no-fat dish that’ll insure they try it.
