An agreement over sweeping overhaul of immigration law reached by a bipartisan group of leading senators has quickly drawn its critics.
The outline of the plan covers border security, guest workers and employer verification, as well as a path to citizenship for the 11 million illegal immigrants already in this country.
The deal, expected to be announced later this afternoon, has a long wayto go before the thorny details are worked out. But the development heralds the start of what could be the most significant effort in years toward overhauling the nation's inefficient patchwork of immigration laws.

Totally skewed poll. It is impossible to say you are against illegal immigration. Period. 66% is a lie.
I am more focussed on some more far important events in the story of man on this earth soon coming to pass, very soon-events which I and other believers will be allowed to watch from the vantage point of the Marriage Feast of Our Lord and His Bride. I don’t know how to thank God enough for the Blessed Hope, except to try to bring more into the fold to escape the coming destruction, and persecution, and wrath like nothing we could imagine from the Evil One because he too will know that his time is short.
Yes, but the problem is that there is no guaranty that whatever rises up to take its place will be conservative, Constitutional, or traditionally American as far as what we understand American values to be. We’ve already tipped over into more takers than makers, and they have their own grievances, and they outnumber us. Not to mention that left has a voting fraud machine in place that we could never match if we wanted to. They’ve infiltrated, undermined, and taken over every American institution, including the media and academia for decades now, and more recently the “mainstream” Christian church and the military.
It’s all over. Our last organistion to work through politically-the Republican party-has shown they have their own agenda to serve their own interests.
Two things will be my priority now-to not allow myself and family to be disarmed, and to study prophecy alongside current events. That will tell me what I need to know, and how best to be ready for it.
I’m with you but not sure we as believers escape the “destruction, and persecution, and wrath”. Not here on earth, anyway.
