Hearing yields explosive testimony about law enforcement corruption in gun case

A decision on whether or not members of a New Mexico gun dealer family will get a new trial on charges of lying on federal firearm purchase forms could happen as early as this week, Las Cruces Sun-News reported yesterday. Judge Robert C. Brack of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico indicated in yesterday’s hearing that he will make his decision “soon” following a day of testimony that revealed the extent of corruption a key law enforcement witness against the Reese family was under investigation for – a fact the prosecution withheld from the defense and the jury when it was asked to decide whose testimony during the trial was credible.

They need a couple of Gerry Spences. As it is, some great lawyers are putting in a lot of pro-bono to at least try to keep this case semi honest.

The Reeses are all of us. This has clearly become a test case. If the fedgov and their willing accomplices in the MSM Quisling media can be kept off of a story like this, then the same tactics will be used in every state, with no fear of pushback.

So we need to push back on the Reese case. Learn about their case, spread the word on patriotic forums. If we can’t stop this corrupt “legal” crucifixion in NM, we’ll never stop it later, when we are their targets.

At this point Any Human Being in a position of authority who is not completely MORALLY BANKRUPT and ETHICALLY CORRUPT would have put the Entire Prosecution Team and Witnesses in HANDCUFFS, Remanded into Custody and BAIL DENIED and PERSONALLY FILED CHARGES AGAINST THE WHOLE BUNCH. It has been very difficult to get any solid information on it, because the mainstream media has been avoiding it like the plague, even the MSM within New Mexico.

This happened to me a little over a year ago. This is happening to gun owners and enthusiasts all over the US. This family has suffered greatly and I hope by the time it's all over they'll sue the hell out of the government. But, I'm sure they'll just be happy to be free.
