Norway is proof that Free Trade does not work...and the claims often pushed by Free Trade Communist Globalists are bogus.
Norway enjoys the highest standard of living in the world...and does so with the highest tariffs and trade restrictions in the world. Its cost of living is high, but their high per capita GDP more than makes up for it.
The EU is in a snit because it needs Norwegian oil to keep from being totally dependent on Islamic states and Russia/Former Soviet states. It can whine and bellow...but Norway has them by the nads
Also, Norway has the highest Sovereign Wealth fund in the world....higher than the Middle Eastern states. They can hunker down against EU for a long time....much to the consternation of EU and Free Traders everywhere
(Denmark MEP Bendt) Bendtsen said the problems in the EU-Norway relations could eventually affect the ongoing British debate on whether to stay in or leave the EU.Oh yeah, that'll be the reason. /s
