As far as I’m concerned she acted out of childish stupidity. Al Sharpton on the other hand, knew damn well what he was doing and should be the one to pay.

Going on the lam for 25 years was not an act of childish stupidity. Refusing to acknowledge her lies for 25 years was not an act of childish stupidity.

Maybe she did initially act out of childish stupidity. She is now 40 years old and has had a lot of time to answer for her childish stupidity.

Who give a sh!t WHY she did it? What she did was ruin the lives of those she falsely accused. She committed a criminal act with real consequences to others and she should pay

Or to put it another way, suppose I'm late for church and run s stop sign and injure you. I have a good motivation. Should I NOT be held liable for the injuries?

Personally I think she should face criminal charges and face the same sentence as those she accused faced if they were found guilty. She should be rotting in jail. A $400k civil judgment is nothing compared to the potential consequencs for her victims.

Your honor, even though my client did in fact murder the victim, he acted out of childish stupidity, non-withstanding the fact that he’s 43 years old.

It was stupid. But it was also evil. She knew what she was doing, and should pay.

Sharpton should pay, too. And he will. If not on Earth, then in eternity.

childish stupidity

***
She was not 5 years old. She was old enough to know better, for sure. I agree that $harpton shares a lot of blame, but don’t let this woman off the hook.

A good reason why you should never serve on a jury. Go read Outrage by McFadden et al and educate yourself.
