The heavily Republican Senate and Assembly intend to overturn Purdue's decision to opt in to ObamaCare. A GOP governor was elected in 2012, and NC is pulling out of the deal.

That is great news for the people of North Carolina and makes another state lining up against this outrage.

Well yes, except that the squish new governor, and some legislators, may or may not be on board with the Assembly conservatives. I see this picking up steam, but I’ve got my eye on Fairhope Alabama or Bay St. Louis Miss or Texas just in case......because the smart patients, and the good doctors, WILL move to non Obama Care states.

Even if a state doesn’t set up a healthcare exchange, won’t those who don’t buy insurance still have to pay a fine?
