As new weekly jobs numbers emerged Thursday showing a jump in unemployment claims and a report released the previous day showed the economy shrinking in late 2012, President Obama is effectively laying off his jobs council.
To understand the abysmal nature of our economic recovery, look no further than the president's disinterest in learning lessons from actual job creators," spokesman Brendan Buck said. "Whether ignoring the group or rejecting its recommendations, the president treated his Jobs Council as more of a nuisance than a vehicle to spur job creation
the council's primary purpose was to create the appearance of action at a time when the nation was pining for something -- anything -- to rein in soaring joblessness.

Jobs are not an issue for the DNC’s constituents

Now that Obama has solved the Nation’s employment problem he has dis-banded his Jobs Council and moved on to gun control and immigration reform.
I wonder how many others have noticed that the Kenyan Kommie hasn’t mention that three letter word once since November.
Lazy Hussein Obama, to lazy to attend his own Job Council Meetings. Lazy, lazy, lazy.
Anyone still believe there will be an America left to save after 4 more years?
The council was window dressing for those wanting to believe Obama didn’t really want to destroy America.
So in other words, it’s time for the Council members to go get a real job!
This is a near perfect snapshot of what happens when the Feds come up with these “helper programs” that we “need to pay for in order to do good”.
