Exactly, we all grieve for Chris Kyle today, especially his friends in the Palin family.

Wallace should take some big time stuff for showing partisanship against Lapierre. That was really something to see. Wallace doesn’t do his cause any good by riling up law abiding citizens.

So, you were impressed with Ana Navarro? She’s smart, well-spoken, but I don’t agree with her on the immigration stuff. Yes, she did make fun of Hagel (YAY), but she’s going along with the senators “bipartisan” immigration reform proposal. Do any of these people really think closing the border or strengthening border enforcement is going to happen under obama? I don’t.

Here’s yet another from F.Chuck sitting in for DNC Dave today on MTP where panetta had to admit that water boarding really works!

Martin Dempsey is the weasel?

Man,this using of Gabriel Giffords come on, isn’t that just a bit TOO obvious?

Youu know somebody’s getting paid, maybe the Giffords’ hubby, a promise of a financed political run to come, maybe? This way the hubby benefits from shamelessly exploiting his wife and so shall the already shameless Democrats.

That’s one of my highlights so far....watching a DVR.

I think that remains to be seen.Marco has said all along that no border security no bill. He has yet to change that mantra.Until I see otherwise, I’m supporting him.

Sorry, my comment was poorly written. People are using the comment, “What Difference Does it Make?” in “funny” ways. (My pwn mother even used in response to a question I had.) What Hillary said with that comment is evil. She is saying noone really needs to be held accountable for what happened. The lives of those lost or those injured don’t deserve people held to account for their lack of action or for improper actions.

We don’t disagree in our understanding of that phrase. I don’t right good sumtimes, upchuck.

That comment, “What Difference Does It Make”, while funny in a peculiar way, is plain evil. An Ambassador was murdered, and these idiots are getting away with doing nothing but bringing shame to our reputation in the world.

combine that with “ we came, we saw, he died” and we get the picture of
MSM dual faced non response

Rubio and the others can talk border security/enforcement first all they want to.

But the fact of the matter is that Obama is working towards the opposite just as fast as he can.

And when he doesn’t get his way in Congress he’ll just sign another EO.

Just last week there was a story about the feds being ordered to dismantle the southern security network. The strong of aerostat balloons that provide real time scanning and coverage of the border from Brownsville to San Diego.

Our southern border is, in part, protected by the Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS), which utilizes moored balloons hovering at about 15,000 feet to identify low flying aircraft and missiles that may penetrate the border and cross into U.S. airspace.

The system is utilized by the U.S. Air Force, North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection for a number of missions including detection of drug smuggling and preservation of the air sovereignty of the continental United States.

According to Exelis Systems Corporation, the company that built and jointly maintains TARS with the U.S. Air Force, the government has ordered a complete shutdown of Aerostat flight operations:

Quote
The government also indicated its intent that aerostat flight operations will cease on March 15, 2013, and that the remainder of the fiscal year will be used to deflate aerostats, disposition equipment, and prepare sites for permanent closure. We are currently reviewing all the details of the RfP and evaluating the possible impacts on the program and our workforce. We continue to communicate with the government on this matter, and we will have more information in the coming days and weeks.

An Exelis employee close to the TARS project had this to say about the closure of the sites:

Quote
“Not only will this closure mean hundreds of people will be out of jobs, but it also means our borders will not be safe, especially along the remote U.S. Mexico Border like in Texas.

These defense radars detect low flying aircraft infiltrating our borders.

Without these defense radars, low flying aircraft will go undetected.

It will be open season for any drug/gun/slave smugglers, terrorists flying in with nukes, low altitude missiles, or even a full scale low elevation invasion/attack against America.”

With China actively and openly deploying Russian-made low altitude strategic bombers, designing EMP weapons capable of disabling the country’s power grid infrastructure, and establishing economic zones within the United States, it’s difficult to imagine the motivation behind the move to further weaken U.S. air defenses on the southern border.

If September 11, 2001 was any indication of our air defense capabilities, and considering that any ground invasion of the United States would originate on our southern border, then wouldn’t we want as many early warning systems as possible to be actively protecting our country in these specific areas?

The U.S. government has chosen to shutdown this outward facing surveillance system, and has instead turned the surveillance inward, on the American people.

"Senate Judiciary chair rejects Dianne Feinstein's assault weapons ban"

Since Feinstein's bill outlaws anything and everything up to and including "the shoulder thing that goes up", it's more a liberal's opium dream.

(True, like many I thought the same thing about Obamacare, but the libs had a supermajority when they passed that.)

I would not put it past Leahey to use the Sandy Hook backlash to get the camel's nose further into the tent with some so-called "common sense" legislation, like universal background checks or magazine capacity limits.

Wayne LaPierre's struggle against the phony Wallace was pretty good, but infuriating. (on FOX)

Over at FNC, Rodguy claims they are giving proper coverage to the slaying of author and sniper Chris Kyle.
