The burka is sexual fetish gear. Removing a woman's identity and her face makes her a sex tool. Mussies are just fetish freaks.
On a lighter note, when I was a child I had a wonderfully crazy old Uncle that would tell me the most fantastic lies about all his travels around the world. I whole heartedly believed (until I was in my early teens) that Russian children under the age of five could not leave the house unless they were dressed as tiny bears.
My Uncle Frank rocked. Haha!
