So - an 18yr old can have one of these in the military - but cannot have a legal handgun as a civilian...interesting!

People need to stop using the framed arguments of the left, as was done in the pro-abortion vs. pro-life arena.
There is no such thing as “gun control.”
It’s “civilian disarmament.” Call it what it is.

do 18-20 year olds have 1, 3,3,5,6,7,8,9 amendment rights?
does a LAW have the right to reverse the change in voting age amendment?

I fired my first rifle when I as 19 in basic,at Fort Benning Georgia,threw my first hand grenade a few weeks later.If you are going to say that 18 to 20 year olds can’t own firearms in the civil sector,then there is no reason for them to serve in the military.
If the government is going to use kids to defend itself,then it might well allow them to defend themselves.
